慢性应激大鼠T淋巴细胞免疫功能的改变

摘　　要：目的研究慢性应激对大鼠T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠28只,随机分为实验组(18只)和对照组(10只),建立慢性应激动物模型。观察大鼠脾脏和胸腺的病理改变;测定大鼠血清皮质醇含量,脏器系数,T淋巴细胞CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T的表达情况。结果实验组大鼠脾脏、胸腺病理结构发生改变,脾脏系数降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组大鼠CD3+T、CD4+T、CD4+T/CD8+T比值降低,CD8+T细胞升高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性应激可抑制T淋巴细胞免疫,进而影响细胞免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of T lymph cell immune function under chronic stress.Methods Twenty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into stressful group and control group,for established chronic stress model.And then the structural changes of thymus and spleen were observed;The levels of cortisol in blood,coefficient of organs,the express of T lymph cell CD3＋T,CD4＋T,CD8＋T were tested.Results There were some pathomorphism changes in spleen and thymus in stressful group rats,spleen index was significantly lowered compared with the control group（P0.05）;The ratio of T lymph cell CD3＋T,CD4＋T,CD4＋ T/CD8＋T in stressful group rats was significantly lower and cell CD8＋T was clearly raiser than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Chronic stress can restrain the immunity by T lymph cell,which can inhibit immune function.
