摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市三宫社区汉族老年人群糖尿病（DM）及空腹血糖受损（IFG）的患病情况。方法采用整群抽样方法对乌鲁木齐市三宫社区296位65~85岁的居民进行描述性研究,包括年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压及空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂。结果 （1）人群糖尿病的检出率为15.2%,空腹血糖受损的检出率为28.0%,男女之间差异无统计学意义。（2）随空腹血糖水平升高,腰围、腰臀比、空腹胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降,人群胰岛功能减退。结论乌鲁木齐市三宫社区65岁以上老年人群糖尿病及空腹血糖受损的检出率较高。对该人群应加强教育和病情控制,重点预防糖尿病并发症的发生。Objective To study the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and impaired fasting glycaemia in the aged in San Gong community in Urumqi.Methods Two hundred and ninty six people aged from 65 to 85 in San Gong community in Urumqi were invetigated with cluster sampling methods,including age,smoking,drinking,height,weight,waist circumference（WC）,waist hip circumference ratio（WHR）,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and blood fat.Results（1） The prevalence of DM and IFG was 15.2% and 28.2%.There was no significance in gender.（2） With the increasing of fasting plasma glucose,the level of WC,WHR,FIns,TG and TC heightensed;the level of HDL-C decreased.The function of islet cell deteriorated.Conclusion The prevalence of DM and IFG in the aged in San Gong community in Uygur is high.Enhancing the education is very important,the point is to guard against the occurring of diabetic complications.
