天香丹胶囊挥发油包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选天香丹胶囊挥发油最佳包合工艺。方法通过比较不同的包合方法后确定最佳包合方法。再在单因素试验基础上对影响包合质量的因素投料比、包合时间、包合温度三因素进行正交试验综合考察,以包合率、产率为指标,综合评分后进行评价,筛选最佳包合工艺条件。结果挥发油最佳包合工艺条件为加5倍量水制成β-环糊精饱和液,加入β-环糊精1/6量的挥发油,研磨10 min。结论该工艺合理、稳定、可行。Objective To optimize volatile oil inclusion preparation of tianxiangdan capsule.Methods The ratio of the ingredients in inclusion complex was used to optimize the technology based on the orthogonal design,in which the proportion between β-cyelodextrin and volatile oil,the proportion between β-cyelodextrin and water and rubbing time were considered to be 3 main factors.Results The optimal inclusion condition was as follows： the volume ratio of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶6,the volume ratio of water and β-cyclodextrin was 5∶1 and the optimal rubbing for 10 min.Conclusion The optimal technical process is steady,reasonable,and feasible.
