摘　　要：确立以生产资料社会主义公有制为基础的所有制结构、以按劳分配为基础的分配制度结构和以城乡统一为基础的市场经济制度,努力实现多种所有制经济成分之间、多种分配方式之间以及第一、二、三产业之间的共同发展与和谐发展等,总体上构成了社会主义和谐社会基本经济制度基础构建的科学内涵。A scientific understanding of the economic system for a harmonious society should contain the fol- lowing： socialist public ownership of the means of production, distribution system according to labor, the na- tional unity of the urban and the rural, striving for the coordinated and harmonious development of multi - ownerships, distributions and the first, second and third tier industry.
