西津水电站溢流坝工作闸门铰式台车轮的改进

摘　　要：西津水电站运行40多年,溢流坝工作闸门在局部开启工况运行,门槽轨道出现严重锈蚀磨损,闸门台车轮在启闭过程或挡水工况存在偏轨现象。文章总结溢流坝工作闸门十字柱铰式台车轮,在旧门槽条件下运行出现适应性问题后进行改造的过程。在不更换门槽埋件、不影响闸门运行前提下,通过改进台车轮使闸门适应原旧门槽运行。资金投入少及工作量少。Xijin Hydropower Station has operated for more than 40 years.The working gate of its overflow dam partially opens to work.The rail of gate slot is severely corroded and worn out,and gate set wheels run off the track when the gate opens,closes or retains water.Since the gate works unsatisfactorily in the original gate slot,cross hinged set wheels are improved to solve the problem with less cost and workload without replacing embedded parts of the gate slot and affecting service of the gate.
