摘　　要：本文基于成本函数和要素份额函数,利用中国1998-2005年27个制造业行业企业的面板数据,实证分析基础设施对中国微观层面的企业生产平均成本和投入要素需求弹性的影响。研究发现:基础设施显著降低了制造业10个行业企业的生产平均成本,同时对不同行业企业的劳动力、资本和中间品等投入要素需求存在正负弹性差异,即存在互补效应和替代效应。最后,本文对中国、美国和加拿大的基础设施效应进行比较分析。In this paper we estimate the effects of public infrastructure services on the production cost and its structure of 27 manufacture industries from 1998 to 2005 by constructing the cost functions and share equation functions. The result shows that the stock of infrastructure capital reduces the average cost in 10 industries significantly. Furthermore,different impacts on input demand elasticity can be observed,the infrastructure may play a substitute role on some inputs while a complement role on the others. Finally,different estimate results of China,US,and Canada are compared.
