摘 要:以与吡唑环构成稠环的杂(苯)环的大小以及含氮原子数目来分类,叙述了各种吡唑类稠环化合物的最新合成研究进展,评述了各种合成方法的优缺点。研究表明,吡唑类稠环化合物具有除草、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗抑郁、抗疟疾等生物活性,在农药、医药领域中有广泛的应用,是21世纪新药创制的重要方向之一。Through classification according to hetero (benzene) ring of pyrazole fused rings and its nitrogen-containing atom amount,the newest synthesis and research progress of pyrazole fused rings compounds are described and advantages and disadvantages of every synthesis method are reviewed.Research shows pyrazole fused rings compounds have the biological activity of weeding,antibacterial resistance,antivirus,tumor resistance,thrombus resistance,blahs resistance and ague resistance,which has a wide range of applications in pesticide,medicine and is the important direction of new medicine development in the 21th century.
