摘  要:分析了均四甲苯氧化制取均苯四甲酸二酐实验装置反应系统DSC原联锁控制存在的问题,调整了部分联锁点,并增加了空气缓冲罐到反应器进口新联锁点。优化后,能有效控制反应热点温度的上升,运行稳定安全,可为工业装置的改造提供参考。Pyromellitic dianhydride industry are mostly from the oxidation of durene obtained,because the system is a strong exothermic reaction,so reaction time out of the hot core of the system,which ties the security of the system,will also affect the product yield.Most of the plant are set a certain amount of interlocking controls to ensure stability and safe operation.Interlock devices for industrial control system conditions,use of training devices in schools has improved on the original chain,adjust some of the interlocking points,and increased air buffer tank to the reactor,the import of new interlock points.Optimized training device to make the system more stable and safe operation,the indicators meet the technical requirements.The optimal investment is not easy to operate,can provide a reference plant transformation.
