接触噪声作业工人神经行为功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨接触噪声作业工人对神经行为功能的影响。方法采用神经行为核心测试组合对接噪工人102名和非接噪工人71名进行调查测试。结果接触组消极情感状态如紧张、忧郁、愤怒、疲劳、困惑5项指标得分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。接触组平均反应时、最快反应时、最慢反应时时间均长于对照组;作业组的转捷度试验、视觉保留、二次打点数总和得分均少于对照组;错误打点数得分作业组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论噪声对人体情感状态、神经反应时均有显著影响,其对认知功能、情绪反应、社会行为等方面的生活、工作和健康影响不容忽视。Objective To determine the influence on nerve behavior function among the noise - exposed workers. Methods 102 workers exposed to noise and 71controls were investigated with the neurobehavioral core test battery. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of tension, depression, anger, fatigue and confusion among the workers exposed to noise were increased significantly; the average, fastest and shortest reaction time of the noise - exposed group were longer; the scores of Santa Ana manual dexterity, Benton visual retention and total dots of pursuit aiming were lower; and the score of error dot number was higher , a/1 the difference of which has their statistical significance. Conclusion There are significant influences of noise on the Profile of mood states and nerval reaction time, and its influenees on the people＇ s cognitive function, emotional reactions and social behavior should also he noticeable.
