摘　　要：以白洋淀流域某制革专业村为对象,对其排放"三废"造成的村域环境恶化、生态破坏,危害村民健康等情况进行了详尽调查,分析了污染产生的原因和途径,提出了保证当地经济社会健康和谐发展的具体措施。The effects of three wastes on the environmental deterioration,ecological destruction and villagers＇ health in a specialized village of leather making in Baiyangdian River basin were investigated.The cause and ways of pollution were analyzed.The measures were put forward to ensure the health and harmonious development of local social economics.
