摘　　要：概述了企业知识的基本内涵和企业知识培育的原则,分析了企业知识的周期,并从知识获取、知识预处理、知识发现、知识重组和知识再造5方面探讨了企业知识培育的路径。The basic connotation of enterprise knowledge and the principle of enterprise knowledge innovation are summarized,and the cycle of enterprise knowledge is analyzed.The ways of enterprise knowledge innovation are discussed including acquisition,preprocessing,discovery,recombination and rebuild of knowledge.
