摘  要:富氧燃烧技术是一种能实现既节约能源又减少排放的新技术,它的加快燃烧速度,提高燃烧效率,减少废气排放和废气带走的热损失等优点引起越来越多学者的关注。根据国内外文献报道,分析了富氧燃烧技术可减少能耗,降低排放的原理、NOXx的生成机理,总结了富氧燃烧与用普通空气燃烧的优缺点,比较了国内外富氧燃烧时节能减排的现状及存在的问题,并从NOx的控制、加氧的方式、燃烧器的改变等角度对富氧燃烧在陶瓷辊道窑中推广应用进行了可行性分析。Oxygen-enriched combustion technology is a new technologie which could both save energy and reduce emissions.It has advantages of speeding up the burning rate,improving combustion efficiency,reducing exhaust emission and decreasing heat loss etc attracting more and more attention of scholars.Through the literatrue reported at home and abroad,the article analysed the principle of oxygenenriched combustion which could not only reduce energy consumption but also minimize emissions and also the formation mechanism of NOx.And we summarized its merit and demerit compared with ordinary air combustion,compare its energy-saving and emission reduction at home and abroad and analysed the problem it exists. Finally we feasibility analyse the application problems of ceramic roller kiln when oxygen-enriched combustion through the way of controlling the emission of NOx,the way to increase oxygen and the changes in burner.
