摘　　要：主要探讨价值工程理论在房地产项目全寿命周期的应用,分别从项目可行性研究、设计、施工各阶段分析了价值工程理论的在房地产项目中的应用,以通过应用价值理论来提高开发商的竞争力和经济效益。This paper focused on the value engineering theory in the entire application life cycle of real estate projects.The application of the value engineering theory was analysed in the real estate projects in various stages of project feasibility studies,design and construction in order to achieve the purpose of improving the developers＇ competitiveness and economic benefits through the application of theory.
