摘  要:[目的]比较戊二醛熏蒸、喷雾消毒柜在不同情况下,对枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果,选择消毒迅速、效果可靠的消毒方法,用于耐湿忌热的医疗器械的及时消毒。[方法]按卫生部《消毒技术规范》,使用不同剂型、不同浓度的戊二醛,以熏蒸和喷雾方式释放入消毒柜,用载体定量杀灭枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞试验,观察其消毒效果。[结果]使用熏蒸、喷雾消毒柜,相同pH值的戊二醛消毒液随着浓度的增加和时间的延长,对枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭作用随之增强。相同浓度的戊二醛,对枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭作用,碱性比酸性强。达到相同的消毒效果,喷雾与熏蒸消毒柜相比,前者用时短。[结论]戊二醛喷雾消毒柜和熏蒸消毒柜均为高效、安全的消毒设备,可用于耐湿忌热的医疗器械的及时消毒。[Objective] To choose a better disinfection method with quickness,credibility,innocuity and no stimulation to timely disinfect for medical apparatus and instrument which is intolerant of high temperature and high pressure by comparing the effect of disinfection between glutaraldehyde fumigation disinfector and glutaraldehyde spray disinfector.[Methods] The whole experiments were executed according to the Technical Standard for Disinfection.Used carrier quantitative sterilization experiments to measure the killing rate of the KGW-Glutaraldehyde fumigation Disinfector and the LK-Glutaraldehyde Spray Disinfector under different conditions.[Results] With the increase of time,pH valve and concentration,the efficacy of glutaraldehyde disinfection solution in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger significantly increased by using both of the two disinfectors.WIth the same disinfection effect,the disinfection time of spray was shorter than fumigation cabinet.[Conclusion] The Glutaraldehyde fumigation Disinfector and the Glutaraldehyde Spray Disinfector both are high performance,quick and safe disinfection device.And it can be used to timely disinfect medical apparatus and instrument.
