摘　　要：[目的]为了解盐城市居民死因构成及其顺位,分析寿命损失情况,为制定盐城市主要慢性病防治措施提供依据。[方法]通过死因监测网络系统,收集2008年度居民死亡个案,使用Deathreg2005版进行录入和统计分析,采用2000年全国人口作为标准人口进行率的标化。同时,使用PYLL、PYLL%以及AYLL等相关指标对主要疾病减寿水平进行分析。[结果]2008年盐城市居民死亡率和标化死亡率分别为618.09/10万、417.86/10万;前5位死因分别为恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、损伤和中毒,占全死因的86.28%;胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、结直肠肛门癌位列恶性肿瘤死因的前5位,占恶性肿瘤总死亡的77.92%;对居民潜在寿命损失最大的是恶性肿瘤,达到每千人15.53年;损伤和中毒造成平均减寿年数最为高,达到27.68年。[结论]恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病等慢性病为影响盐城地区居民健康的主要疾病;恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒是造成居民寿命损失较为严重的疾病。[Objective] To find out the proportion of death of a specific cause and its cisposition in residents in Yancheng City,and to analyze situations of lost of life,in order to provide the scientific basis for the control of chronic non-communicable disease in Yancheng.[Methods] The individual death cases of residents in 2008 collected by the system of death cause surveillance network,were entered and statistical analyzed by using Deathreg 2005,and were carried out to standardized rate with national population of China in 2000.At the same time,to analyze the life lost of major disease with PYLL,PYLL%,AYLL and other related indicators.[Results] In 2008,the mortality rate and of residents in Yancheng was 618.09 per 100 000,and the standardized mortality rate of the residents was 417.86 per 100 000;the first five death causes were tumor,circulatory system disease,respiratory disease,heart disease,injuries and poisonings,which accounted for 86.28% of all causes of death;the sorting of causes of tumor death was stomach cancer,esophageal cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer and anorectum tumor,which accounted for 77.92% in causes of tumor death;the first cause of life lost among residents was tumor,which caused 15.53 years life lost per thousand person;the AYLL due to injuries and poisonings was the highest,and was 27.68 years.[Conclusion] The major diseases which affect health of residents in Yancheng are tumor,cardiovascular disease and other chronic non-communicable disease;tumor,injuries and poisonings are diseases which caused more serious life lost.
