黄芪对慢性阻塞性肺病大鼠细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨黄芪注射液对COPD大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液中细胞因子的影响。[方法]30只SD大鼠随机分为3组:健康对照组及COPD组分别饲养28d;干预组,d8起每天腹腔注射黄芪注射液250mg.kg-1至d28。通过测定BALF中白细胞总数及百分比,BALF和血清中的IL-8及TNF-α浓度,观察应用黄芪注射液治疗后上述指标的变化。[结果]干预组BALF和血清中IL-8及TNF-α浓度、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞绝对计数、中性粒细胞百分比浓度较正常对照组增高,较COPD组降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]黄芪注射液可降低COPD大鼠血清及BALF中IL-8及TNF-α水平,并使炎症细胞减少,对COPD大鼠气道炎症具有治疗作用。[Objective] To explore the effect of Astragalus injection on cytokines of COPD in rats.[Methods] 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups（n = 10）：Healthy control group and COPD group of the rats were bred for 28d.Intervention group were intraperitoneally injected with 250mg /kg radix Astragali from 8d to 28d.White cell counts and percentage in BALF were examined,and the concentrations of IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF and serum were also examined.After the treatment of Astragalus injection,the changes of above indicators were observed.[Results] The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α,total cell counts,neutrophil counts,neutrophil proportion in BALF and serum were higher in intervention group than those in the control group,while lower than COPD group,and the differences were significant（P﹤0.01）.[Conclusion] Astragalus injection can reduce the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF and serum,and the inflammatory cells in rats with COPD,so it has therapeutic effect on airway inflammation in rats COPD.
