冷加压自动循环系统应用于膝关节镜术后患者疼痛控制的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨冷加压自动循环系统对膝关节镜术后患者疼痛控制的效果。[方法]将2009年5～11月的140例膝关节镜术后患者随机分为冷加压自动循环系统试验组与传统清水冰袋对照组,每组各70例,用视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,简称VAS)对两组研究对象术前及术后2、6、12、24、36、48h进行疼痛的静止、运动评分,并记录止痛药西乐葆用量。[结果]两组研究对象术前及术后2、36、48h静止VAS差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),术前及术后36、48h运动VAS比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。两组研究对象术后6、12、24h静止VAS差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组研究对象术后2、6、12、24h运动VAS差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组研究对象口服止痛药西乐葆用量比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]冷加压自动循环系统较传统清水冰袋更能缓解膝关节镜患者术后24h内的静止痛及运动痛。[Objective] To discuss the pain controlling effects of the Cryo /Cuff system on postoperative knee arthroscopy patients.[Methods] Our study was clinical RCT,140 cases of patients with postoperative knee arthroscopy from May to November in 2009 were randomly divided into the group of Cryo /Cuff system and the group of ordinary ice bag to grade the static and movement score with Visual Analogue Scale before operation,and on the 2nd hour,the 6th hour,the 12th hour,the 24th hour,the 36th hour,the 48th hour after operation respectively.And recorded and compared the dose of celebrex.[Results] The score of static Visual Analogue Scale was not statistically significant before operation and on the 2nd hour,the 36th hour,the 48th hour after operation（P﹥0.05）,the score of movement Visual Analogue Scale was not statistically significant before operation and on the 36th hour,the 48th hour after operation（P﹥0.05）.Static scores of Visual Analogue Scale in two groups were statistically significant on the 6th hour,12th hour,24th after operation（P﹤0.05）.Movement scores of Visual Analogue Scale were statistically significant on the 2nd hour,the 6th hour,the 12th hour,the 24th after operation（P﹤0.05）.The doses of celebrex in two groups were statistically significant（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion] Cryo /Cuff system can relieve static pain and movement pain on post-operative knee arthroscopy patients.
