摘 要:目的:测定1型糖尿病(DM)早期肾病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的水平并分析其临床意义。方法:选取1型DM患者54例,依据24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将所选患者分为2组:正常白蛋白尿组(NA组)29例;微量白蛋白尿组(MA组)25例,选择门诊体检者20例为正常对照组(NC组)。用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清MMP-9及MMP-2水平。结果:MA组血清MMP-9水平[(379.00±170.15)ng/mL]明显高于NA组[(228.41±147.21)ng/mL]和NC组[(112.80±78.85)ng/mL](均P<0.01);MA组血清MMP-2水平[(297.84±78.50)ng/mL]明显高于NA组[(215.52±40.69)ng/mL]和NC组[(154.80±31.31)ng/mL](均P<0.01)。结论:在1型DM早期肾病患者中MMP-9及MMP-2水平明显升高,提示MMP-9及MMP-2可能参与了糖尿病肾病(DN)的发生、发展。Objective:To detect the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in type 1 diabetes with incipient diabetic nephropathy and analyze their clinical significance.Methods:Fifty-four patiens with type 1 diabetes were divided into two groups according to urine albumin excretion rate(UAER):normoalbuminuria(NA,n=29)group and microalbuminuria(MA,n =25) group.Twenty healthy volunteers were used as control group(NC).MMP-9 and MMP-2 in serum were measured by ELISA.Results:The level of MMP-9 in MA group[(379.00±170.15)ng/mL] was signifi-cantly higher than that in NA group[(228.41±147.21)ng/mL](P 0.01) and the control group[(112.80±78.85)ng/mL](P 0.01).The level of MMP-2 in MA group [(297.84.00±78.50) ng/mL] was signifi-cantly higher than that in NA group [(215.52±40.69n)g/mL](P0.01) and the control group[(154.80±31.31)ng/mL](P 0.01).Conclusion:Higher Serum MMP-9 and MMP-2 in type 1 diabetes with incipient diabetic nephropathy plays an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy.
