摘　　要：村庄整理就是通过规划对村庄采取迁建合并、拆旧建新、整改结合等模式,完善村庄设施、改善环境、提高土地利用率。本文以新罗区村庄整理为例,分析新罗区村庄整理基本情况、存在问题,从规划角度对村庄整理进行思考,提出规划先行,严格执行规划,分期分批实施村庄整理,部门协作等对策措施。Village reorganization is moving through planning village merger,demolition old buildings and building to new ones,rectification and integration,to improve village infrastructure,improve environment and improve land use efficiency.With the reconsolidation of XinLuo district as an example,this paper analyzes its basic situation and existing problems,reflect on village consolidation from planning,put forward the following countermeasures such as below,advanced planning,strict implementation of the planning,implementation of the village consolidation in stages and in batches,departmental collaboration.
