摘　　要：目的：测量国人颈椎椎体间隙的解剖学参数，为临床颈椎椎间融合器植入手术提供解剖学依据。方法：随机抽样选择20～29岁青壮年志愿者50人，其中男性35人（21～29岁，平均年龄25．2岁），女性15人（20-29岁，平均年龄24岁）。按性别分组进行CT扫描，测量颈2，3～颈6，7各个椎间隙的左右径、前后径、前缘高度、中点高度、后缘高度。结果：男性组椎体间隙左右径平均（20．32±1．53）mm，前后径平均（19．36±1．10）mm，前缘高度（8．40±0．90）mm，中点高度（8．73±1．04）mm，后缘高度（5．17±0．69）mm。女性组左右径（18．58±1．40）mm，前后径（16．36±1．60）mm，前缘高度（5．50±0．74）mm，中点高度（7．95±0．65）mm．后缘高度（5．9±0．33）mm。结论：无论在男性组或者女性组，同节段椎间隙正中矢状面前、中、后高度差异均存在统计学意义，表现为后缘高度〈前缘高度〈中点高度。在同节段同部位的测量值，男性组均明显大于女性组。Objective： To measure the anatomy parameter of cervical vertebral interspace, therefore to provide basis for clinic cage implantation of cervical vertebrae. Methods： Fifty young volunteers （mate 35, aged 21-29 years, average 25 years; fe- male 15, aged 20 29 years, average 24 years） were selected radomly sampling. CT scan was condueted according to gender. Mesurements of the transverse diameter and anteroposterior diameter, as well as the midpoint height and anterior/posterior border height, were surveyed with C2, 3-C6, 7 verterbral inter spaces. Results： The mean transverse diameter of the in- tervertebral space in the male group was （20.32±1.53）mm; the mean anteroposterior diameter was （19.36± 1. 10）mm; the anterior border height was （8.40 ± 0. 90）mm; the midpoint height was （8.73±1.04）mm; and the mean posterior border height was （5.9±0.33）mm. The mean transverse diameter of the intervertebral space in the female group was （18.58± 1.40）mm; the mean anteroposterior diameter was （16.36±1.60）mm; the anterior border height was （5.50±0. 74）mm; the midpoint height was（7.95±0.65）mm; the mean posterior border height was （5.9±0.33）mm. Conclusion： Significant difference exist in the anterior, median and posterior height of the median sagittal plane in the same segment of the intervertebral space, and the size is that the posterior border height〈the anterior border height〈the median height. The measure value of the same part in the same segment is higher in males than in females.
