摘　　要：观察静脉麻醉药硫喷妥纳对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。T淋巴细胞亚群测定应用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光技术，由流式细胞仪测定．结果显示硫喷妥钠麻醉后20h小鼠外周CD4细胞、CD4／CD8比值显著下降．同时测定血中白细胞总数，实验组与对照组统计学处理无显著差异．表明硫喷妥纳麻醉可引起免疫抑制．To observe the effect of intravenous agent thiopentane on T lymphocyte subsets in mice, T lymphocyte subsets was measured by flow cytometer and monoclonal antibodies and immunofluorescence technique.The CD4 T cell and the CD4/CD8 ratio decreased in mice after thiopentane anaesthesia.At the same time the whole amount of white blood cells showed no statistical significance between experimental and control groups.Thiopentane anaesthesia inhibited immune function
