摘  要:目的研究异体皮质骨板及钛缆固定在股骨假体周围骨折中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院在2005年3月~2008年2月间治疗的股骨假体周围骨折患者6例。采用Vancouver分型方法对骨折进行分类,A型1例,B型4例,C型1例。所有骨折均采用异体皮质骨板以钛缆与股骨固定,同时应用自体髂骨移植。结果全部病例经过1~3年随访,均于术后5~8个月骨折愈合。取得了良好的效果。结论对于股骨假体周围骨折,应用异体皮质骨板及钢缆固定及自体骨移植等联合治疗是一种比较有效的治疗措施。Objective To study the fixation of periprosthetic femoral fractures with cortical allograft strut and cable. Methods A retrospective follow-up study of 6 periprosthetic femoral fractures was treated with cortical allograft strut and cable from March 2005 to February. There were 1 Vancouver A type fracture,4 B type,lC type according to the Vancouver Classfication System. All the 6 fractures were fixed with cortical allograft strut and cable combined with autogenous iliae bone grafted at the same time, the allografts were fixed to the femer by cable. Results All the patients were followed up for from one year to three years. 6 fractures united at 5-8 months postoperatively. Conclusion Fixation with cortical allograft strut and cable combined with autogenous iliac bone grafted is a useful technique for the management of periprosthetic femoral fractures.
