摘 要:在介绍了逆变焊接电源特点、应用现状的基础上,分析了制约国内逆变焊接电源存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策.随着经济的发展和制造业的腾飞,逆变焊接电源必将全面代替传统弧焊电源.目前我国逆变焊接电源存在的问题主要体现在产品结构不合理、质量不过关和创新性不足等方面.随着电力电子技术和数字控制技术的日臻成熟,数字化、绿色化和高效化将成为逆变焊接电源发展方向.It is described the characters, utilities and development orientation of the inverter welding power source, then analyzed its problems and put forward some methods to deal with them. With the development of economy and manufacturing, the inverter welding power must take place of the traditional arc welding power source generally. At present, there are some disadvantages such as unreasonable structure of product, inferior quality, insufficient of originality innovation and so on in the inverter welding power. So with the gradual maturation of electric and electron technology and digitized control technology, the development orientation of inverter welding power source transfer to be greener,higher efficient and more digitized.
