氨基酸修饰的纳米硫水溶胶的制备与性质

摘  要:以硫粉与硫化钠为起始原料,采用乙酸为沉淀剂,氨基酸作表面修饰剂制备纳米硫溶胶.通过透射电镜、激光散射、共振瑞利散射等手段对氨基酸修饰的纳米硫溶胶进行了表征.研究了水相中氨基酸对纳米单质硫的粒径调控和稳定化作用.结果表明:氨基酸通过控制单质硫的粒径进行表面修饰,使纳米硫粒径控制在较窄的粒度分布范围.其中,含硫氨基酸(胱氨酸、蛋氨酸)修饰的纳米硫溶胶最为稳定,粒径50~100 nm,形貌均为分散球形.The Nano-sulfur(Nano-S0) hydrosols were prepared by using sulfur powder and sodium sulfide as original materials,acetic acid as precipitating agent,and the sulfur-containing amino acids(methionine and cystine) as surface modifier.The as-prepared Nano-S0 was characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),laser light scattering(LLS),and resonance rayleigh scattering(RRS).The modulation and stabilization effects of methionine and cystine on Nano-S^0 were also investigated.The results show that amino acids could effectively modulate the size,shape and stability of Nano-S^0 in liquid phase.For instance,the Nano-S^0 modified by methionine and cystine were stable and spherical,with narrow particle-size distributions in the range of 50-100 nm.
