摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列硅胶负载离子液体催化剂,通过IR,XRD和SEM等对催化剂进行了表征,并对其催化乙酸酐醇解反应的性能进行了考察.结果表明:该反应具有反应条件温和、反应时间短、收率高和无副反应等优点.阴离子含有质子的离子液体催化剂较阴离子无质子的催化剂酸性更强,因而催化活性更高.其中,[bmin]HSO4/silica,[bmin]H2PO4/silica催化活性最高,在室温无溶剂条件下反应0.5 h,目标产物产率分别达到89.9%和96.2%.A series of silica-confined ionic liquids catalysts(SCILs) were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by FT-IR,SEM and XRD.The catalytic performance of these catalysts for the reaction of benzyl alcohol with acetic anhydride was also investigated.Good yields,mild reaction conditions,short reaction time and no side reactions were achieved in this reaction.It was also found that catalysts with proton in the anion of ionic liquid have stronger acidity and better catalytic performance than those without proton.Among all the catalysts tested,HSO4/silica andH2PO4/silica were proven to be the most efficient since the reaction could be carried out with excellent yield of 89.9 and 96.2%,under room temperature and solvent-free condition for 0.5 h.
