摘 要:为探讨近代中国铁路修筑的资金来源和债务问题,在梳理相关文献资料的基础上分析陇海铁路债务的形成、整理。分析认为:陇海铁路债务是近代中国资本匮乏下的无奈选择,它有效地促进了铁路的延伸,也成为长期无法摆脱的梦魇;其连续性与阶段性并存,内外债并举,逐步形成中外资本联合修筑中国铁路的模式,推动了近代中国铁路债务思想理性的回归。To explore funding sources and debts of modern China's railway construction,the paper,through literature research and statistical methods,discusses the formation and arrangement of Longhai Railway debts.The result shows that Longhai Railway debts were a helpless option under the lack of capital in modern China,and a long-term nightmare which could not escape,but it was effective in promoting the extension of the railway.The authors also find that at that time the continuity and phase coexisted,and the domestic and foreign debts developed simultaneously.However,the model for jointly construction of railway with both internal and external capital was formed,gradually promoting the regression of railway debt thought in modern China.
