摘　　要：物流人才已被列为我国12类紧缺人才之一,文章从物流人才需求类型、需求数量、需求岗位、职业能力要求等几个方面分析了我国物流人才需求的现状。Logistics talents have already been classified as one of the 12 kinds of retrench expenditures in our country.This text analyzes the current situation of demand for logistics talents in our country from the type of the demand for the logistics talent,quantity of the demand,the post of the demand,the requirement of the ability of the job and so on.
