摘　　要：黄宗智教授在其法律史"三部曲"的第三部中,以恢宏的气势来沟通了法律的"历史与现实",为今天的法律变革提供了相当重要的资源。作者从"通三统"的学术视野出发,发现黄宗智教授统合了三个层面的"三统",即认知的通三统、法律变革的通三统和法律比较视野的通三统,同时又从整体上通三统。In the new monograph,The Past and the Present：Chinese Civil Justice in Practice,Philip Huang tries to connect＂the history and reality＂of Chinese law,in hopes of providing important recourses for the legal transition today.From the＂Tong-San-Tong（connection of three kinds of traditions） ＂perspective,we can find that Professor Huang has connected traditions from three levels,which are understandings,legal transition and comparative law.
