摘　　要：在我军由机械化向信息化转型的时代背景下,国防生人才培养具有重要意义。目前,国防生人才培养过程中,存在着生源质量不是很高、入伍动机不够端正、学习动力略显不足、军事素质亟待加强等问题,需要从加强思想政治教育、营造良好校园环境、强化军事素质培养、建立依托高校的遴选和评估制度等方面加以解决。In the background of the military transformation from mechanization to information technology,the training of national defense is very important.At present,there are many problems in the process of training the national defense talented,such as low quality of students,incorrect arym motivation,less study motivation and low quality of the military.So we need take some means to strengthen ideological and political education,to create good campus environment,strengthen military quality training,and rely on the selection and evaluation system established by colleges and universities.
