摘　　要：由二乙醇胺及顺丁烯二酸酐为原料合成了Ｎ，Ｎ－二羟乙基单马来酰胺酸，用这种含羧基的二元醇扩链剂及聚醚，甲苯二异氰酸酯制备了聚氨酯乳液。讨论了合成工艺及影响因素。ＢＭ的最佳合成条件为３０￣３５℃反应１￣１．５ｈ。N, N - diethanol maleamic acid was synthesized from diethanol amine and maleic anhydride. Polyurethane emulsions based on Polyether polyol and toluene diisocyanate were prepared by using of the chain - extender conaining carboxyl group. The synthetic conditions and the influence factors are discussed. The optimum Synthetic condition of BM is reacting 1 ~ 1.5 hours at 30 ~ 35℃.
