摘　　要：利用正交试验和方差分析,通过传统水提法确定不同条件下中药大黄多糖的最佳提取条件。结果表明,大黄多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取时间3 h,提取温度95℃,料液比1∶20。该结果提供了大黄多糖提取工艺的依据。With orthogonal test and analysis of variance, we determine rhubarb polysaccharide extraction by the traditional water formulation. that the optimum extraction conditions are. 3 h extraction time, material-fluid ratio 1 ： 20.
