关于中国人民银行货币政策最终目标的法律思考

摘　　要：根据《中国人民银行法》的规定,中国人民银行货币政策目标是保持货币币值的稳定,并以此促进经济增长。随着我国经济的发展,这一目标选择已经显现出一些问题。中国人民银行应该继续以维护币值稳定为首要责任,但不宜继续致力于促进经济增长,而应将促进充分就业补充为次要最终目标。According to Law of the People＇s Bank of China,the goal of monetary policies is to maintain the stability of the currency and thereby promote economic growth. Along with China＇s economic development, this goal of monetary policies has already become problematic. The People＇ s Bank of China should continue to maintain currency stability as its primary responsibility. However, it should not remain committed to promoting economic growth, and it is to promote full employment as the secondary goal.
