摘　　要：回族社区法文化作为千百年来回族群众智慧的结晶,影响和规范着每一位回族成员的心理和行为,是回族群体共同意志的体现。从历史上回族社区的形成及其文化变迁,进一步分析和探讨回族社区法文化传统的渊源,可以看出回族社区法文化的独特表现形式。Law culture in Hui community is the crystallization of the wisdom of Hui people,influencing and regulating every Hui member＇s psychology and behavior and is the reflection of the common will of Hui group.Further analysis and discussion of the origin of the tradition of law culture from the perspective of historical formation of Hui community and its culture change can make us see the distinctive representation of law culture of Hui community.
