摘　　要：监狱领域中存在行刑主体与客体、改造主体与客体等基本范畴。监狱行刑主体是监狱及其民警,行刑客体是罪犯;改造主体是罪犯,改造客体是罪犯的犯罪思想和犯罪恶习。在行刑主客体与改造主客体这两对基本范畴之间,行刑主体与改造主体处于上、下两个不同层次,且行刑客体与改造主体是同一体,因此形成"二层次主客体联结论"。In the jail field there exist basic category including main body of execution and the object of execution,main body of transformation and transformation object.The main body of the jail execution is the jail and the police,the object is the criminals.The transformation main body is the criminal,the transformation object is criminals＇ crime thought and the crime abuse.Between the pair of basic categories of the hosts and object of execution,transformation host and objiect,the execution main body and the transformation main body is at two different levels： top and bottom,and the object of execution,main body of transformation is the identical body,therefore they form ＂joint theory of the host and objiect at two levels＂.
