肩胛区游离皮瓣修复面部大面积组织缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:通过肩区游离皮瓣形态学研究,寻找新的面部大面积组织缺损修复材料。方法:以旋肩胛动脉各分支为主轴血管,依据面部组织缺损的形状设计相应的肩胛区游离皮瓣。结果:以旋肩胛动脉各分支为蒂,设计的肩胛区游离皮瓣修复面部大面积组织缺损共15例,效果满意。结论:由于旋肩胛动脉皮肤分支有升支、降支和横支,故可将皮瓣设计成不同形状以适应于面部组织缺损,修复后外形满意,是修复面部大面积组织缺损较理想的方法。Objective：To provide an ideal materials for cervical facial tissue defect through a morphological study of free flaps of the scapular region.Method：Variform free flaps of the scapular region were designed according to the facial defect based on the three cutaneous branches of the scapular artery（CSA）.Result：Based on the three cutaneous branches of the CSA.A total of 15 cases of cervical facial tissue defect have been treated with free flaps of different shapes of the scapular region.Conclusion：The free flaps of scapular region could be designed in different based on the three cutaneous branches of the CSA.The postoperative appearance （color,texture,cosmetic aspect）was satisfactory.It was a new design and was an ideal method for large facial tissue defect repair.
