摘　　要：在不同条件下培养新生犊牛睾丸细胞,3-4d生成类似胚胎生殖干细胞(EGC)集落,通过对集落进行形态学观察,免疫荧光细胞化学染色等技术,分析鉴定细胞集落是否为EG细胞集落或精原细胞过渡状态。Newborn calf testis cells were cultured in vitro under different conditions. Colonys similar to embryonic germ cell （EGC） colonys could be obtained after the testis cells were cultured 3 -4 days. Cellular morphology was observed and immunofluoreseence staining techniques were used to analyze and identify whether the cell colonys were EGC colonys or the transition state of spermato- gonia.
