摘 要:以换热器集总参数动态模型为基础,首次建立了基于Grossmann分级超结构的换热网络动态模型和求解方法,可自动识别换热网络结构并建立相应的求解策略,实现了换热网络的动态模拟。模型中考虑了流体温度变化对物性和换热性能的影响,有效地提高了换热网络动态解的求解精度;采用内外双层解法,提高了换热网络动态解的求解速度。实例应用表明,基于Grossmann分级超结构的换热网络动态模型及求解策略可靠、准确,能够获得扰动后换热网络中流体参数的真实变化过程,为换热网络的动态优化和控制奠定了基础。Based on the lumped parameter model of single heat exchanger,the heat exchanger network dynamic model using Grossmann′s stage-wise superstructure model and its solution algorithm were set up,and it can identify the structure of heat exchanger network and get the solving algorithm automatically.The dynamic simulation of heat exchanger network was realized.In order to improve the precision of the dynamic simulation of heat exchanger network,the influence of fluid temperature on its physical property and heat transfer performance were studied,thus improving the solving speed and precision for the dynamic simulation of heat exchanger network by using both inside and outside solving algorithm.The applied instances show that the heat exchanger network dynamic model based on Grossmann′s stage-wise superstructure model and its solving algorithm are correct and reliable,which can simulate the actual run of heat exchanger network when its operation conditions are changed.
