银翘散及银翘散加玄参对致热大鼠体温的影响及作用机制浅析  被引量:4

摘  要:目的研究银翘散及银翘散加玄参对致热大鼠体温的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法取合格Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为10组,即空白组、模型组、阿司匹林组、银翘散煮沸后3、6、12min组和银翘散加玄参煮沸后3、6、12、20min组各8只。除空白组给予等容积0.9%氯化钠注射液外,其余各组大鼠均于背部皮下注射20%的酵母混悬液10mL/kg,3.5h后,空白组和模型组均以蒸馏水2mL/只灌胃;阿司匹林组以阿司匹林100mg/kg灌胃;其余各组均以银翘散及银翘散加玄参以1g/mL,2mL/只灌胃。造模后每h测体温1次,连续7h。7h后立即断头取出下丘脑组织,测定环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的含量。结果给药后30min,银翘散各组未显示出降温作用(P>0.05);给药后1.5h,银翘散煮沸后3、6min组和银翘散加玄参煮沸后3、6min组均显示出降温作用(P<0.05),且银翘散煮沸后3、6min组分别与银翘散加玄参煮沸后3、6min组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);给药后2.5h和3.5h,除空白组外,其余各组均显示出降温作用(P<0.05),且银翘散煮沸后3、6min组分别与银翘散加玄参煮沸后3、6min组比较,银翘散煮沸后12min组、银翘散加玄参煮沸后12min组及银翘散加玄参煮沸后20min组两两相比,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。银翘散煮沸后3、6min组和银翘散加玄参煮沸后3、6min组大鼠下丘脑组织cAMP的含量明显降低(P<0.05),且银翘散煮沸后3、6min组分别与银翘散加玄参煮沸后3、6min组比较,下丘脑组织中cAMP的含量均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银翘散加入玄参后,不能加强其对致热大鼠的退热作用。Objective To investigate the effect of lonicerae and forsythiae powder with and without kakuda figwort root on body temperature of rats and the mechanism of decomposition heat. Methods 80 qualified Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 groups, i. e. , normal control group, model group, aspirin control group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 minutes group ( treatment group A ), Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 3 minutes group ( treatment group B), Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 6 minutes group ( treatment group C), Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 6 minutes group( treatment group D) , Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 12 minutes group( treatment group E), Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 12 minutes group( treatment group F), Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 20 minutes group(treatment group G). There were 8 rats in every group. Except normal control, rats got harm suspension 10 mI_/kg by hypodermic injection. Soon rats were measured BT per hour, keeping 7 hours. Rats were fed with leechdom after 210 minutes and their hypothal- amus were got to measure contents of cAMP. Results After rats fed with leechdom 30 minutes; Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder did not display the effect of cooling( P 〉 O. 05 ) ;After rats fed with leechdom 90 minutes, treat- ment group A, C display the effect of cooling ( P 〈 0.05 ), so do treatment group B, D. Compared with treatment group A, treatment group B has no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . After rats fed with leechdom 150 and 210 minutes, all of treatment group A, C, E display the effect of cooling ( P 〈 O. 05 ), so do all of treatment B, D, F, G. Comnared with treatment groun A. there was no significant difference in treatment group B. Comnared with treatment group C, there was no significant difference in treatment group D. Compared
