摘  要:为考察饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌、复合芽孢杆菌、加酶益生素I 3种微生态制剂对鲤鱼生产性能的影响,选择180尾初始体质量[平均体质量(43.67±0.55)g]相近的健康鲤鱼,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理3个重复,共12个重复,每个重复饲养15尾鲤鱼,分别饲喂:A(对照组)、B(添加枯草芽孢杆菌1000 mg/kg)、C(添加复合芽孢杆菌,2500 mg/kg)、D(添加加酶益生素I,100 mg/kg)4种不同饲料,试验期45 d。试验结果表明,①饲料中添加微生态制剂有提高鲤鱼的生产性能的趋势,但与其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),其中以添加枯草芽孢杆菌的效果最好;②饲料中添加不同微生态制剂对鲤鱼躯体肥满度、成活率的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。③不同微生态制剂对鲤鱼的体蛋白含量、脂肪含量和水分含量影响不显著(P>0.05),但加酶益生素I可显著提高鱼体灰分含量(P<0.05)。A 45-day feeding trial was performed to investigate the potential growth enhancing effects of three probiotics in common carp(Cyprinus carpio).One hundred and eighty individuals[initial body weight(43.67±0.55) g]were allotted to feed one of the four diets in triplication:a control group without probiotics addition(A)and three treatment groups supplemented with 1000 mg Bacillus subtilis medium per kg diet(B),2500 mg multi Bacillus subtilis culture per kg diet(C),and 100 mg multi-enzyme probiotics per kg diet(D).There were no significant differences in growth performance between the control group and the treatment groups.In comparison with the fish in the control group,however,the fish in the Group B had a better weight gain of 17.09%,feed conversion ratio of 22.03% and protein utilization of 33.11%.Moreover,there were no significant differences in condition factor between the control group and the treatment groups.No significant differences were found in the carcass composition except for ash content.
