摘  要:对番茄种子蛋白体的结构、类型及萌发过程中的变化进行了详细观察。未萌发种子蛋白体周围由一单层膜包裹、内部为蛋白质基质及分布其中的内含物3部分组成,根据内含物形态和性质上的不同可分为球状晶体、拟晶体和簇晶体3种形式。根据蛋白体所含内含物的不同,将蛋白体划分为5种基本类型:(1)基质蛋白体;(2)球状晶体蛋白体;(3)拟晶体蛋白体;(4)簇晶体蛋白体;(5)复合蛋白体。萌发过程中,蛋白体逐渐降解并液泡化,降解的方式表现为内部降解、内部和周边同时降解2种类型。The protein body of ungerminated and germinated tomato seeds was studied in this paper.Protein body consists of a limited membrance,proteinaceous matrix and different types of inclusions:globoid crystals,protein crystalloids and druse crystals.According to the difference of inclusions,protein bodies are divided into five types:(1) only with proteinaceous matrix,without any inclusion;(2) only with gloid crystals in proteinaceous matrix;(3) protein body consists of protein crystalloids and protein matrix;(4) with druse crystal in protein matrix;(5) with gloid crystals and protein crystalloids without druse crystals in protein matrix.Protein body degradats and vacuolats gradually during germination.There are two degradative patterns of protein bodies:internal degra dation,both internal and peripheral degradation.The fundamental change of inclusions during germination is investigated.
