新中国60年高校德育工作发展及其启示

摘　　要：高校德育工作是党的思想政治工作的一个重要组成部分。回顾新中国成立以来高校德育工作60年来五个阶段曲折跌宕的发展历程,总结出我国高校德育工作:坚持党的正确领导、才能确保高校德育工作的政治方向,坚持系统性建设、才能建立高校德育工作的长效机制,坚持实事求是、才能确保高校德育工作的针对性,坚持以人为本、才能确保高校德育工作的实效性,坚持与时俱进、才能确保高校德育工作的创新与发展等启示。通过总结和应用这些历史经验,探索进一步加强和改进高校德育工作的新路径,全面提高高校育人质量。Moral Education plays an important part in the party＇s ideological and political work. Since 1949,60 -year moral education in China had taken on 5 stages of development, the enlightenments drown from it are as following：the political direction of Moral Education can be ensured by adhering to the Party＇s correct leadership; long - term mechanism of moral education should be established by adhering to systematic development ; the relevance of Moral Education can be ensured by persisting in seeking truth from facts ; the effectiveness of Moral Education can be achieved by adhering to the people - orientation; moral education in innovation and development can be obtained by keeping pace with times. Through the summarizing and application of these historical experiences, new ways are explored to further strengthen and improve the moral education and to comprehensively improve the quality of College Education.
