摘　　要：邓小平历来重视社会管理工作,他不仅注重从宏观上研究社会管理体制的创新,而且对于微观的社会管理运行机制也十分关注,并对其进行了相应的改造和创新,提出了集体领导与民主管理相结合、物质鼓励与精神鼓励相结合以及借鉴国外先进管理方法等具体的社会管理运行机制。Deng Xiaoping always attached importance to social management,not only to macro-level study of innovation in social management system,but also to micro social management mechanism and its corresponding transformation and innovation. He advanced a specific social management mechanism in which collective leadership and democratic management are combined,material encouragement is integrated into spiritual encouragement,and advanced foreign management methods etc. are borrowed.
