摘  要:川西地区须家河组须二段地层岩性以石英砂岩夹杂页岩为主,石英含量高,地层研磨性强,可钻性差,长期以来其钻进以牙轮钻头为主,钻井速度较低,钻井周期长,制约了该区油气开发的速度。为此,分析了涡轮钻井系统特性、适应性以及在川西新501井的应用效果,建议将涡轮钻井系统作为目前提高川西地区须家河组须二段地层机械钻速的有效技术,加以推广应用。Xu 2 Member of Xujiahe Formation,western SichuanB asin,is mainly composed of quartzose sandstone interbeddedw ith shale.In addition,it is characterized by high quartz content,s trong abrasiveness and poor drillability.Rock roller bit has beenu sed as a dominant drilling bit for a long time.Drilling speed is al ittle low and drilling cycle is long.As a result,development schedule is restricted.In this paper,both characteristics and adoptability of turbine drilling system are analyzed,and its application toX in 501 well is presented.It is suggested that the turbine drilling system can be as an effective technology to increase a penetrationr ate of Xu 2 Member.
