摘 要:川东北地区地层高陡构造、倾角大且泥岩、砂岩、白云岩、碳酸岩等岩性交互复杂的地质特性导致钻井过程中井斜难以控制,制约了机械钻速的提高。将Power V垂直钻井系统应用于川东北地区的普光7井与黑池1井,对其应用效果进行了分析,认为Power V垂直钻井系统可显著地提高机械钻速,降低井斜角,可以有效地解决大钻压与井斜控制的矛盾。In northeastern Sichuan Basin,both high-steep structures and large formation-dip strata can be easily found.Moreover,a geological feature of shale interbedded with sandstone,dolomitea nd carbonate rock is complicated.So,it’s difficult for a deviationc ontrol during drilling and an increase of penetration rate is alsor estricted.However,the Power V vertical drilling system can effectively release a conflict between large bit pressure and deviationc ontrol.In this paper,the system is presented and its applicationt o northeastern Sichuan Basin is also summed up.Based on ana nalysis on its application,it is considered that the penetrationr ate can be increased evidently,the deviation angle can be decreased,and the drilling cycle can be shortened by means of theP ower V system.
