摘　　要：本文对东南亚地区信息通信技术(ICT)的快速发展进行分析和探讨。通过阐述固定电话、移动电话、互联网及固定宽带在这一地区的发展,与亚太和世界平均水平作比较,并对东南亚各经济体的ICT发展特点予以分析。文章指出,自2000年以来,东南亚各经济体的ICT取得了迅速发展,虽然各经济体的收入水平相差较大导致ICT发展不均衡,但ICT已经成为各国经济社会发展的重要推动力量。This article advances the development of information and communications technology（ICT）in Southeast Asia.The article compares the ICT development in Southeast Asia with the average level of Asia-Pacific and the world by describing the latest improvement of fixed-line telephone,mobile phone,Internet and fixed broad-band in this area.The article points out that the economies in Southeast Asia have achieved rapid development in ICT.Because of the large differences in income levels,ICT development is not balanced.ICT has become an important force of national economical and social development.
