摘 要:采用常压盐溶液法制备α-半水脱硫石膏,研究转晶剂柠檬酸在不同pH值条件下对α-半水脱硫石膏晶体形貌的影响。从产物晶体形貌、脱水速率、液相离子浓度等角度,研究了溶液pH值对柠檬酸调晶效果的影响规律。结果表明:柠檬酸调晶效果非常显著,在0.01%的低掺量下,α-半水脱硫石膏由棒状转变为长径比接近1∶1的短柱状晶体。pH值是影响其调晶效果最敏感的因素之一,在pH=3.5~4.8之间的酸性范围内,有利于结晶习性改良。The effect of crystal transformation agent citric acid on crystal morphology of α-hemihydrate gypsum under different solution pH value conditions was investigated in the preparation of α-hemihydrate gypsum by aqueous salt solution method in atmospheric pressure.The effect law of solution pH value on crystal morphology transformation action of citric acid was studied from the perspective of crystal morphology of the product,dehydration rate and liquid-phase ion concentration.The results showed that citric acid had a very significant effect on transforming the crystal morphology of α-hemihydrate gypsum and it could be transformed from long rod into short-columnar crystal of a closed to 1∶1 aspect ratio with a low dosage of 0.01% citric acid.pH value was one of the most sensitive factors to affect the crystal morphology transformation action of citric acid,and the pH value between a acidic range from 3.5 to 4.8 was conducive to the improvement of crystal morphology.
