摘 要:以粘土-长石-滑石体系为基础,引入5%~15%的锂辉石和2%~10%的α-Al2O3微粉,研制出满足薄型瓷质砖性能要求的坯体配方。利用XRD和SEM分析,结果显示:α-Al2O3形成高弹性模量的刚玉相使瓷坯的抗折强度提高,而锂辉石的加入有助于在更低的温度下生成莫来石和刚玉相,从而提高坯体强度。引入15%的锂辉石、2%的α-Al2O3在1160℃烧成,能使瓷坯的抗折强度提高到97MPa。Clay-feldspar-talc system was used as the basis and 5%-15% spodumene and 2%-10% α-Al2O3 micropowder(325 mesh)was introduced so as to develop the body formulation to meet the demands of thin porcelain brick properties.After XRD and SEM analyses,the results showed that the corundum phase with high elastic modulus formed by α-Al2O3 increased the bending strength of the porcelain body.At the same time,the addition of spodumene was very helpful to form mullite and corundum phases at the much lower temperature so as to increase the strength of the body.At 1160 ℃,the introduction of 15% spondumene and 2% α-Al2O3 was sintered and could increase the bending strength of the porcelain body to 97 MPa.
