湖南鸣禽的滑口吸虫研究(复殖目:短咽科)

摘　　要：对湖南省鸣禽寄生虫调查中检获短咽科滑口吸虫属Ｇｌａｐｈｙｒｏｓｔｏｍｕｍ虫种５个，其中有３个新种。画眉滑口吸虫Ｇｌａｐｈｙｒｏｓｔｏｍｕｍｇａｒｕｌｕｍｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，两吸盘约等大，睾丸偏于体右侧，卵黄腺始于腹吸盘水平；湖南滑口吸虫Ｇｌａｐｈｙｒｏｓｔｏｍｕｍｈｕｎａｎｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，虫体较短小，体表在腹吸盘前被小棘，口腹吸盘比约１０∶１５，睾丸偏体左侧，卵黄腺起始于口吸盘后缘至咽水平；小型滑口吸虫Ｇ．ｍｉｎｏｒｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，虫体较小，体表被小棘，口腹吸盘约等大，腹吸盘心在体中线之后，睾丸偏体右侧，卵黄腺起始于两吸盘之间水平，以及台湾滑口吸虫Ｇ．ｔａｉｗａｎｅｎｓｉｓ的画眉，八哥宿主新记录，嗜血滑口吸虫Ｇ．ｓａｎｇｕｉｎｏｌｅｎｔｕｍ系中国新纪录和红嘴相思鸟宿主新记录。Five species of digenetic trematodes of singing birds are reported from Hunan Province(26°30°N,109°114°E)in China.They are belonging to Glaphyrostomum, Brachylaimidae.Among them,three species are new to science and a species is recorded for the first time from China and 3 new hosts recorded. All the type specimens are deposited in Dept.Biol.,Nankai Univ.Tianjin,China. All measurements are in microns. The diagnosis of the new species is as follows.1 Glaphyrostomum garrulum sp.nov. (Fig.1) The body elongate spined on the body before acetabulum level.The size of suckers are equal.Gonads whole smooth,each other approach and adjoin.It resembles most closely with G.rallinarum, but ditters in the size of the body,the acetabulum larger than oral sucker,the suckers ratio 1 0∶1 2,the gonads breach indent,the testes larger than ovary.It resembles closely with G.macintoshii, but differs from the vitelline follicle extending from level of pharynx,the suckers ratio 1 00∶0 86,oral sucker larger than acetabulum,ovary larger than testes.2 Glaphyrostomum hunanensis sp.nov. (Fig.2) The body elliptical,length and width of body (2 52 7)∶1.Spined on body surface before acetabular level.Acetabulum lying equator of the body.The suckers ratio 1∶(1 451 53).Vitelline follicle extending from pharynx level.It resembls most closely with G.adhaerens, but differs from the latter by having the length and width of body 5∶1,vitelline follicle extending from caecal bifurcation,testes larger than ovary,the eggs smaller than our specimens.3 Glaphyrostomum minor sp.nov. (Fig.3) The body elongate comparatively small,anterior end rounded and posterior end narrow.Spined on the body whole surface.The suckers ratio 1∶1.Acetabulum lying equator of the body.The gonads whole smooth,testes larger than ovary.Uterus limited coil between intestine,the eggs are not full in it.It resembles most closely with G.taiwanensis ,but differs in vitellaria beginging level,the position of ovary and eggs quantity.
