摘  要:基于ANSYS建立了锥形件变薄旋压三维有限元模型,模拟获得了旋压过程中应力应变的分布规律,分析了偏离率、旋轮进给速度对成形过程的影响,解释了旋压工件出现的裂纹、起皮等缺陷的原因,并给出了一些相应的解决措施。模拟结果表明,正偏离时的第一主应力通常大于负偏离和零偏离,容易导致工件开裂;工件外表面处等效应变大于内表面,在旋轮进给速率过大时容易导致工件起皮。The three-dimensional finite element model of the spinning process for cone parts was established based on ANSYS.The regularities of stress-strain distribution were obtained through the simulation.The influence of deviation and roller feed rate was analyzed.The reasons of defect,such as crack and peeling were explained and some measures were given.The results show that the maximum principal stress under positive deviation condition is usually larger than that under zero deviation and negative deviation conditions,and the workpiece cracks easily under positive deviation.The effective strain on the outer surface is larger than that on the inner surface,and the peeling of the workpiece appears easily when the roller feed rate is comparatively large.
