摘　　要：角鲨胺具有较强的广谱抗菌作用和抗血管生成效应,其抗癌活性正处于临床试验中。简要综述了角鲨胺的化学全合成、半合成的国内外研究进展,并对其发展方向进行了评述和展望。Squalamine has a strong broad-spectrum antimicrobial and anti-angiogenesis effect,its anticancer activity is in clinical trials.The squalamine chemical total synthesis,semi-synthetic research progress in china and at abroad were described.The development situation of the squalamine had also been reviewed and pointed out.
